WHO ARE WE?

"We Work with Entrepreneurs Who Want to Bring Success to Their Business Through Social Networking, Education, and Support" - Jim Cormican

Since 2004, the Twin Cities Entrepreneurs (TCE) has been an excellent resource for connecting hundreds of business professionals. Those that have come across our door step are the individuals sitting in their cube - thinking about starting their own company; are first time owners, and veterans with years of experience in the business world. We have some pretty talented down-to-earth people in our circle.

Our organization is eclectic by choice. We definitely don't want to be the same as other institutions. As a team, we like to separate ourselves from the rest of the herd. On occasion, we'll examine other organizations, see how they're doing it, and don't do it.

Why? We want to offer other choices and unique ideas that will benefit you. If you like the same stuff over and over again, this is not your type of group. We like to see ourselves and our members grow.

If you're not sure if this is the right group of people to rub elbows with, here is a list of reasons why not to join.

TOP 11 REASONS NOT TO JOIN

  1. Connecting with others is not how you do business
  2. You like to remain stagnant in what you do
  3. Large crowds freak you out
  4. You can't miss your favorite T. V. show because you can't operate a VCR/DVR
  5. Networking with other businesses is not the way to generate referrals
  6. Fresh and exciting new ideas is not appealing to you
  7. You're already successful and don't see the value in meeting others
  8. Your website (out of billions) will capture your customers automatically for you
  9. Having fun with others is not part of your business plan
  10. You're business card is all you need to get business
  11. Donald Trump is your uncle

Why eleven reasons? As mentioned before, we separate ourselves from the herd.

What makes the TCE different from other organizations? For one, it is owned and operated by entrepreneurs. These extraordinary individuals are in the trenches daily, connecting with people like you, and keeping their fingers on the pulse of the business community. Secondly, they have your best interest at heart because they understand the life of an entrepreneur; they've 'been there'.

You'll meet a family of enterprising folks who want to make a difference for you. If you like out of the box thinkers, TCE is the center for these remarkable people.

If you want to check us out, please join us at one of our
monthly events, and see if this is the right crowd for you.
